Welcome

Hi, I am Nikkie and I am a fully qualified counsellor and sound therapist. I understand that asking for help may feel overwhelming and that it does take courage however I would like you to understand that you have already taken the first step by being here. Whether you are navigating difficult life transitions, struggling with overwhelming stress and anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of who you are, you don't have to carry it alone. I provide a warm, unconditional, expectation free, judgment-free space to help you heal, grow, and find your peace of mind

Services

My practice both as a Counsellor and Sound Therapist centres on the belief that when we are unconditionally accepted and heard, we can overcome even the most difficult hurdles that life can put on our path.
